Individual transport is only currently available to residents of Heywood but groups from outside the township can benefit from transport.

About the organisation
Established in January 2004 HNHCT has served the people and social groups in Heywood since operating a fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles. Living up to its motto of treating passengers “With Care and Courtesy Always” Community Transport has grown from humble beginnings to deliver over 3000 passenger trips per month. Individual trips must be booked in advance and at a maximum of 1 weeks notice with a minimum of 1 hour where vehicles are available. Medical Appointments may be booked up to one month in advance.
